9月のお料理教室ではこんなお料理をご紹介しました。お椀はすすきの向こうにうさぎの遊ぶ満月にむら雲がかかっているところを表現しています。We have been appreciating the moon, cloud, silver grass and a rabbit at autumn nights. Legend has it that a rabbit lives in the moon. We depict such scenes and stories through our cuisine.
